Woody Anderson has their GT500KR on the show room floor. Window price is $46K and change, but doubt if you get it for that....

 

I thought the MSRP was $79,995? $46K is a standard GT500!

 

It is possible I read it wrong. Even though I am not, my eyes are 66 years old.

The Big Dogs were sniffing around it and talking to the head salesman - guess I can say that since it was a guy. Wish I had taken photos.....maybe tomorrow.

Nope. The KR is silver with blue stripes. I went to see it yesterday.

The sticker in the passenger side window said $46K and change.
I must have missed something.

I really loved the Alcoa rims.
My jury is still out on the carbon fiber chin spoiler.

 

I kinda doubt that its a KR at $46k. Thats the GT500 price - not a KR for sure.

Is there a 2nd window sticker on the GT500KR? IIRC the regular Shelby GT had two window stickers, one from Ford and one from Shelby. Maybe you missed the 2nd window sticker?

 

I never thought about that. GT500 46K then have the KR sticker for 79K

 

You are exactly right - 2 window stickers - - salesman on the floor says car will go to high bidder, worldwide.....

 

Woody's standard operating procedure - rip the customer for as much as they can get...

 

I wish all new cars would be sold as auctions. I don't see that as "ripping the customer". Don't bid more then what you think it would be worth

 

cheap pieces of new crap would get cheaper .. nice stuff would skyrocket .. get a new car from walmart .... mite work

 

Why not sell them at sticker price?

 

It's called capitalism...if someone is willing to pay a higher price then by all means let them.

the KR is stunning. I saw a black/black one down here in fl this past week. just took delivery the night before. still in the back building. the window sticker also said 46k, but couldn't find the shelby one. finance chick says the car's already sold to some guy for 30 over sticker! they also have two GT500's on the lot selling at sticker.

 

The paint colors remind me of the Skyline GT-R on 2 Fast 2 Furious.

 

I like how the rims say GT500KR.
