Any one have a VIN yet or projected build date?

 

Yes, we have a full VIN for our first Bullitt. Supposed to be built the week of December 10th per Ford. I believe Job 1 is still on track for December 3rd???

 

Man... I'm dying to see my VIN.

 

does anyone have the 800 # for robot lady?
its been over two years since I went thru that routine with my 06....is it still the same procedure to check SN# and build progress?

You can call your dealership and get an order status that is just as up to date as robot lady, as long as someone at your dealership will take the time to look up your order in the Ford CONCEPS program. I do it for our customers all the time! (I can only check our own store's order, though).

 

I don't think the robot lady is there anymore. When I call now, it takes you to a live help person only. If it is after hours, you can't do anything. I'll email about an update today.

 

I have received a partial vin #, which means the order has been accepted and processed. As the AAI plant will start scheduling on Dec 3, 2007. I will not know the actual production date until after that date. I am pulling in my favors from my connections at AAI for a plant tour on the day of production, so i can watch my bullitt being built. I have photo of my 2001 Bullitt at the end of the assembly line in Dearborn. The key word is PATIENCE.

My friend I deal with is the internet manager at the local dealer I buy from, this will be our 4th car in two years, two of them were cars my daughters purchased, he really takes good care of us...sorta reminds me of how you do business, with good ol' customer care!
I doupt he will mind keeping me updated on the bullitt progress

The new "vehicle tracker" we have access to is VERY cool. I tracked my demo and it landed here exactly when it was supposed to. No need for the 800 number anymore.

 

Jeff, we still use CONCEPS to track our orders. Where is this new vehicle tracker? FMCDealer?

 

Ordered mine 11/29. Dealer gave me copy of order with my name on it. Assured MSRP.

 

Just checked on our first Bullitt. Scheduled to be built on Tuesday, December 11th and an ETA to arrive at our dealership around December 27th! I had originally told our customer to expect it in January or February, but it looks like it could be here before year's end!

 

Mine is scheduled to be built December 12th, and arrive on December 30th, can't wait!
A much easier way to check status for you dealers if you do not know, is to use the new "Vehicle Visability" option in FMC. Don't need to mess around in conceps.

 

I've been told a build date of Dec.31- although I'm not sure how the Xmas shut down will effect this.

I got my VIN last week...no info on build date yet from the dealer, though.

 

Brian, yep. When the car has been shipped, you can enter either the VIN or the order # and it tells you exactly where the car is at. It worked like a charm for my demo. Came on the exact day it was suppose to.

 

Received VIN Yesterday.....happy day!!!!

 

Hm, ETA delivery for my car in vehicle visability has been pushed back to Jan-05-2008 now. Anyone else had their ETA rescheduled?
