Parking your Bullitt in your Garage

I hang a tennis ball with string on the ceiling. I have it set low enough and far enough that when the ball hits my windshield just in front of my mirror the car is inches away from anything that could hurt her

Thats a great idea Gary. I've seen it before and works well. Using a piece of wood on the floor to judge how far forward I can park in the garage, wtihout hitting the lawn tractor.

Ah yes, the good ol' tennis ball trick. Did the same thing years ago for my wifes car. Always works good. For the mustang though I wanted to be a little more "yes I spend money on car stuff" and got a set of these.

I've had the little rubber ***** sold by Home Depot hanging from the ceiling of my garage for years. They work great!

And on days when I get bored I can move my car out of the garage and use them to practice my tennis swing!

In our garage the tennis ***** are set by the cars' side mirrors and they do work well.

A 16 inch long piece of 2x3 on the floor works as a stop for me. If I kids I could see that 2x3 getting a pair of legs and leaving. So the 2x3 works for now...
