My Bullitt is in!!!
Just got a call from the dealer- my Bullitt is in!
I'm going to drop by the dealership and take a look at it- I won't get it until friday-- I'm having it sent out for window tinting, paint protection and leather protection.

YAY DAVE!!!! That's really good news!!! Congradulations!! 
Are you going to at least take it for a ride before Friday? I mean how can you sleep at night knowing it's there???

I can't get the car till tuesday...they can't get it ready until monday and I work monday (24 hour shift) so that means it will be tuesday until I can cruise around.
Paint protection provides an warranty to prevent loss of gloss and fading due to sunlight or other environmental factors. It also makes the paint really shine- nothing crazy, it just enhances the look and keeps it in showroom condition. You also never need to wax your car and the water will bead right off it.
I had this done on my redfire 05 and it really brings the color out.

Your dealership should be able to provide you with paint protection- they'll have an arrangement with some outside source. I think it's definately worth the money.
