It's just the light reflecting on the trim. You can see it some other pictures as well.

That really is one sweet car. The more I see it the more I love it!
I've got that wallpaper on my computer now.
Just a few more months and that beauty will be parked in my garage!

Me thinks you doth profess your love a bit too much, old boy.

Are you SURE you really want one of these? I mean, it IS basically a green V6 with a V8 engine and some FRPP bits. You wouldn't want to feel jealous when GT owners with nicely modded Stangs drive by and yell, "Nice V6, dude!"

I'm just saying, make sure this is what you REALLY want, now.

Sorry, but have a look at this >>

The mirrors are definitely some sort of satin chrome, the back panel is blacked out for sure, and those are BF Goodrich KDW 255/40 NT ZR tires.

It's a pity that Ford didn't put the same effort into the actual car that they've put into this marketing package...more bait & switch for those without sharp eyes, I suppose.

That's fine YOU don't want one. Why do you have to 'protest' anyone else who does?

Are you sure you want to step into the middle of this private little feud without fully understanding the entire context in which it's set?

It's not very private being in public posts.

I'm sure i'm not the only one who sees you incessantly ripping on the car (and anyone interested in it) for no reason than you personally don't like it.

If it's simply a 'game' you are playing explain it so you look less of a

They appear to be mostly artist renderings and not photographs of the actual car.
Details will differ because of that

It looks really nice but I'll be staying with my GT/CS unless I find a Shelby or something sweeter I like it but not quite enough icing on it still get a though.

Hmmm, let's see now, 29 posts and suddenly you're qualified to analyze me? Not to mention you don't even understand the context of the back-and-forth in which you now seem so anxious to participate?

Suit yourself.

Dood, get over yourself. You got called out on a rather assinine post, deal with it like the "vetern" you profess to be. You see, your post wasn't just directed at Whammer, but rather anybody who intends to purchase the car. This may or may not have been your intention, but since we ARE in a public forum, it doesn't really matter now does it?

The only thing that "matters" is that I expressed disappointment in this vehicle, and that certain proponents of the Bullitt's "attributes" can't seem to handle it, such that they want to paint an overly-rosey picture of the car's popularity on this forum; excessively justify Ford's choices in the execution of the car; their own reasons for buying one; and ultimately, engage in intellectual jousting matches with me on these boards over the whole bloody thing.

I don't disparage anyone who wants to buy one, and if you re-read my earlier posts I acknowledged that the Bullitt represents a tidy package of upgrades for the money, lackluster or no. What I take umbrage with is those who try to oversell this car as something it's not, and rub the dissenters' faces in it.

And I don't "profess" anything. I don't have to. After 4000 posts and countless valuable discussions with many, many people on this forum over the past 2+ years, MY status isn't in question.
