Just crossed into MD on I-95 North, running ~ 80mph. I saw a PG county police car enter the highway ahead of me, so I got out of the passing lane and backed down to ~ 70mhp. The police car pulled on my driver's side and hit his siren twice "Whoop, whoop." "Ahhhh crap!", I said to myself. I looked over at him. He gave me the thumbs-up, nodded his head up and down, and drove off! Phew! Thanks for the props.

on the way back from texas i got pulled over doing 80 in a 60
he was ex navy and once i handed him my mil id he just let me go.. pretty cool guy

 

You do not know how lucky you are. If that would have been a MD state cop, you def would have been issued a tiket. They are the biggest (fill in the blank) out there, well VA State troopers are the worst. PG county cops are usually ok as long as you do not fit their profile.

 

i was in oklahoma, and it was a messed up part of the interstate.... it went from 70-60-70 like every 5 minutes. so he really wasnt that mad at all

 

I once heard a Virginia State Trooper say - not jokingly - that he had an "open door" policy.

If he opened his door, you were getting a ticket.
