#355 is finally mine!

Dark Highland Green Bullitt #0355 is now in my hands. Sold the '06 Pony V6 and picked up the Bullitt the same day, navigation, HID's, ambient lighting. I love this car! Took some pictures tonight but because of the streetlamp lighting the color isn't so great, i'll get some more pics this weekend during the day.

I really think the Bullitt could benefit from some louder mufflers though, it sounds good at high RPM's but at idle and low speed i can't tell i'm in a V8, definatley needs something. Man do i love this car though!

Airwolf,

You should call MRT. I believe their H-pipe upgrade for the Bullitt will soon be released.

Congradulations!

And BTW push on the gas pedal and you'll know you're in a v8!

Congrats on the sell and the buy.

In case you haven't, try driving with the windows rolled down before you decide its not loud enough. If you still think it isn't try MRT.

.355 is the bullet diameter for 9MM and 357SIG.

Airwolf, what is the build date of your car?

Drive it. The exhaust sound at idle will get louder as it breaks in.

They put a lot of work into that exhaust system.

Don't forget the legendary Walther PPK in .380/9mm short [.355]... the preferred pistol of 007 for 33 yrs!!

(though I prefer the Colt Gov SA .380 as backup... cause I'm an American!)

Ah, the Walther. Beautiful piece for sure and the Colt Gov SA is none too shabby either.
Great car Airwolf! That interior pic looks like it was done by some high-priced photographer for an exclusive magazine. Great job! Now, enjoy that car!!

The Bullitt does seem a bit quiet at first... try driving it with the windows down. It makes a huge difference. That exhaust does scream with a nice raspy gargle when you take it over 3,000 rpm. Again, you have to have the windows down to appreciate it. Otherwise it will not sound too good. Give the gas pedal a quick stab at idle and take it to 2,500 rpm. The pop you hear from the backpressure when rpm drops sounds awesome. Whoam... pop-pop-pop...pop-pop.

A friend was behind me at a stop light. He said he could not only hear the idle of my car but feel it in his. His windows were up.
