Yes, we're still talking about the 2008.5 Bullitt, but think of what would happen if Shelby were to get a hold of it? It's already been speculated that Ford will ship semi-finished Mustangs (Bullitts to be precise) to Las Vegas, where Shelby will message them over and transform them into full-fledged road racing GT350s. Should this happen, it would be the first time since the 1969-1970 model year that both a Shelby GT350 and a GT500 were offered together: a small block GT350 (4.6L DOHC) and a big block GT500 (5.4L DOHC). Of course, it's entirely possible that the Bullitt program could also spawn the revival of the Boss Mustang as well.

Sounds like people are adding Corn Starch to the very thin liquid plot to thicken it....
It's not thick on its own...
...don't get your hopes up
The Shelby GT is more influenced by the Bullitt than anything...
....FRPP parts on a Mustang GT

It allows them to see what we would like them to cook up!
The GT350 is coming. It's just a matter of when...
-By the way, GT_350 -- I love the hood and inboard lights on the GT350 clone you posted here. I always was a sucker for the '67 scoops. Who's aftermarket scoop is that?

Oh, you big goofball... ....it is coming. Mark my words. Short of a cataclysmic event. I don't mean the '350 is coming today, but it is coming.
If anyone at Ford/Shelby has a pulse or any business sense, it will be built, so my money is on yes, let's leave it at that.
Ya don't have to be psychic here

Hey - Chris hows it going buddie - My feelings exactly - The GT350 IS COMING - it's just a matter of when....As you put it.... I feel it WILL happen in about one to two years.... Amy - stated above that they were not even working on the idea of a GT350 yet - just rumors at this point etc... With all the press around the GT500 and rumors of a GT350 in auto news bits - I find it mind-blowing that the car has NOT progressed PAST the discussion phase with Shelby Automotives... This car IF DONE RIGHT - could be HOTTER than the GT500 - ONLY ALOT BETTER....
Sooooo - nobody - at Shelby and Ford is interested ( at this time) in building a GT350 and making lots of money and garning free P.R. and good will from the Ford faithful.... My feelings ofcourse but - Ford can't afford - at this time - NOT TO COME OUT WITH AS MANY HOT CARS AS POSSIBLE.... PERIOD....Wake up - and smell the coffee - we want this car.... If it doesn't happen for a year or two, I'm more than willing to wait and save.... Randy
