Shelby GT's still have GT fog lights
I was on eBay this morning and noticed this picture. It looks like the Shelby GT's have their grill put over the factory grill and the fog lights are still there.

All cars look awful if you shoot a picture with a flash directly at the grille. you need the existing frame of the stock grille where it feathers into the facia. Its like when you have a black car with black wheels, no matter how much you clean it the wheel wells look horrible under another car's headlights at night. Its just a lousy photo choice.

Just the outlines in the grille, the fog lights and raised plastic frames are removed. 99% of the time you would never see the grille behind it unless it was under extreme angle lighting(just before sunset).

All S197 mustangs need the area narrow in the middle of the grill for (cooling) airflow that does not negatively affect aerodynamics. Look at the V6 and GT500. No fogs and still they have small section in the middle only open.
That said, i think this may be a pre-prod model with that setup in place, such that performance wouldn't be affeceted.

Yep that's the way they all are. They were in the middle of working on the Shelby GT when I was there last month and the production grilles they had laying about and the cars in process of being built were all exactly like that.
