Motor Trend Shelby GT First Test
Did MotorTrend airbrush out the rivets in the hood scoop? I don't see them in the picture above. They are visible in the actual magazine article.
Also note that the car in the article has a white painted lower front spoiler unlike the production ones.

I've got a great story about that particular car.
Matt Stone, Editor of Motor Trend and author of that article, lives nearby, and showed up to our weekly car meet driving it back in January. (It was scheduled for its photo shoot the following week.)
I had been thinking about ordering a GT. That car pushed me over.

Thanks Amigo.
Hey, my company's home office isn't far from you. I work for the company formerly known as Auto Trader. They are down on Granby - a number of the staff live in VA Beach.
Hey, is the picture in your profile from Dr. Strangelove?

If you are ever in town on a Saturday, you should come out to Jenros in VA Beach. Lots of folks bring out their stangs between 3 and 5:30 PM.
What is POE?
I updated my signature to quote General Ripper.
I'm 41 and was born when the 1966 GT 350 was coming out.
In fact, my dad took me home from the hospital in his 1965 Silversmoke Gray Mustang GT fastback (my very first car ride). It had red rocker stripes and spoke hub caps. I've been a fan ever since.

Got mine with nav and every other **** option you're allowed to get for 41K. if you really want one, and are willing to shop around, there are MSRP deals out there.

"Price as tested - $38,790"! LOL!
