I was thinking the same thing. I always liked the fact that I had created a Mustang that was personalized. With all of these special editions and dealers who are putting on aftermarket parts and grouging the public I feel that people just think that I'm some rich guy who bought my car off the showroom floor.
Thank God I have Mineral Grey. The dealers and $helby hadn't gotten into doing their thing in 2005.

There you go with your negative waves again. Remember there are processing fees and administrative overhead to deal with so the usual 1% distribution is very generous.

The real winner is always Shelby -- he gets the 5K premium for the signed plate. Dealers may be asking -- but aren't getting ADP on Shelby GT's these days -- my dealer has a 2008 Coupe on the showroom floor -- and has had it there since Halloween. No doubt it'll go for sticker. They didn't even use the 08 Hood pins on this one -- I can't quite figure out how many names they will attach to the next one -- the Fred Flintstone / Barney Rubble, Muppet Carol Shelby GT Mustang in Cookie Monster blue or something -- it is getting ridiculous.
