What will I need to do to my car before supercharger?
Well I know I will need to upgrade the brakes, suspension and Exhaust. Will I need to upgrage the clutch? Can the stock tranny take 450 horsepower? What about cooling? I'm probably going to put the new roush supercharger in the car. Any other sugestions? Am I on the right track?

You don't have to upgrade the suspension, brakes, or exhaust unless you want to. The exhaust is very free flowing as is, and will not really net you much HP by changing it. The suspension is all about preference. If you want a stiffer ride, go ahead and upgrade, but that has nothing to do with supercharging the car. It's not like the car will suddenly become undriveable when you put a blower on it.
Also, from what I have read the stock tranny should be ok with the 450 blower kit. The stock clutch should be fine too, as long as you don't abuse either of them.

I'm in the shop putting the intercooled Whipple on right now. If you're not going to the track or going to flog the car on the street you should be fine.
I did go with long headers, X-pipe, hi flow cats, and axle back exhaust, hoping for a little better heat management....
