I have an 07 GT/CS and its almost time for its first oil change and service I was wondering if anyone has had any expirence with SouthBay Ford service dept. and is there someone there that you would recomend to see as a service advisor that does not questions some light mods and also see for warranty issues. Any help would be great thanks.

I change my own oil as you can`t trust anyone else to do it right.
