Thanks for the welcome - I am also the proud owner of a beautiful 1966 Candy Apple Red Convertible.......
The car club I belong to has a member that works at MIS so last month they were doing a driving school thing there and he was working.. He worked a deal with the track that we could take our club members cars out on the track for 2 laps - They asked us to stay around 70mph but I was 2nd to last out and my buddy was last out so we held back and let em rip when we could! What a rush and fortunately my brother went with us and got some great photos for me!
This is a fantastic machine and I hope 2008 is the last year for them - would go hand in hand with 1968 and make as few of them as possible - Mine is soon to be parked in the stable next to my 66 when the snow starts to fly...
BTW, I was able to get the HVBOM info off the ford intraned (I work for Ford)... Another post here pointed me to that site and I printed all of the bill of material for my car last night.. I would be happy to do the same for anyone else, just email me your vin #... I can also forward all of the TSB's on the 2007 mustang - right now there are not too many but some of the peoblems guys are having are already addressed by ford with a technical service bulletin and I will gladly forward any and all info I can get.

And also the same reason I paid twice for the exhaust tips....in the CS package and also in the GT appearance pkg, only one set on the car....where's the other set?

Yea, I agree - if you wanna add it Ford wants to charge ya for it, but if you elect not to have it they call it a "no cost option to delete"! Well, Uncle Henry's Company has been putting food on my table for my entire lifetime, so Im not going to complain too loud!
