The delay may have been insurance related. What is odd is that it looks like they didn't *cover* it...

Well, first, you somehow exit the vehicle... stand up... and then you put one foot in front of another, and voila, you're walking away. Simple!

/ok, sorry, I'll stop now.

Cool The Only Good News Here

The only good news here is that the safety crush zones that were designed into this vehicle did their jobs, as the passenger compartment is still very intact! As an old safety engineer, this makes me feel a little bit better now about when we leave the house in our CalStang to head out into the world. "RC"

+2. It's always good to see safety engineering in action, especially when it's not my car! Seriously though, mine is a daily driver and I regularly haul our son to/from school. This makes me feel good about the safety of our cars.

And yeah, that heap is overpriced.

I was looking for a car cover on ebay 2 weeks ago and that ebay ad came up. Makes you sick to see it like that. Got my car cover, fits like a glove. It's tapered for the spoiler on the back, the top and the front slant of the hood w/the scoop. It also stretches to cover the complete front bumper and goes all the way down in the back to cover the exhaust pipes. Very good price, comes in a zipper bag and is weather proof.

I got tired of having to wash my car every 3 days...........lol
