Thanks guys! Went out of town for the holiday, had to leave the GT/CS at home...it was killin' me! It was great to get back home and drive it some more. I have to admit to being a bit surprised in the difference in sound between the 03 and the 08. I like the sound of the 08 but it seems more quiet than the 03, maybe because the mufflers are under the rear bumper instead of under the floor of the car? In any case it's just so much fun to drive around, and I'm loving the Vista Blue even more than I thought I would. After seeing all the mods everyone has done I have to admit to being a bit overwhelmed and not knowing which one to do first. Anyone have any recommendations? :-)

I was perfectly happy with my 03 GT and just out of curiosity I thought I'd check the prices locally on the new Stangs hearing there were some good deals to be had. I ran upon a loaded Vista CS with parchment interior for just under 25K. When the dealer offered me a great deal on my 03, I knew I was in trouble!
Yeah, I signed the papers, and drove her home. What an insanely cool car! I love the two tone interior, the ambient lighting and HID's are pretty cool as well. This car already had the windows tinted and basically I got that for free. Vista is an awesome color, but I would have been happy with any of the other colors the CS comes in. Still haven't had a chance to get out and give it a good coat of wax, but I did put my GT500 spoiler on. I really fell in love with the 05+ body style when it first came out, and I'm so glad I got one new before they were all gone. I can't wait to go drive it some more!

congrats! My 06 will be 3 yrs old in a week or so, still love driving it(and simply looking at it) as much as the day it finally showed up...to me these are really great cars, and the 'bang for the buck' may never be better than today with the employee pricing

I guess it's a question of what is what you enjoy most about your Mustang experience, combined with getting the most bang for your buck. I have stuck with the "simple" things for now. I replaced the mufflers so I could enjoy the better sound while driving, and replaced the stripes to better enjoy looking at the car while I'm not. When I bought the stripes, I also picked up a set of the black ones, in case I need/want to return the car to stock.
