Hey Everyone,

Just saw my first GT-CS here in Canada at the dealership that sold me my car (Macnab Auto Sales in Ingersoll, Ontario). Guess we really aren't that far behind you yankees!

2007 White GT/CS 'vert with black/dove interior. Asked the dealer to take some pictures of some of the items I hadn't seen yet in the threads...aux jack, heated seat buttons etc

Yay my dealer! Running out of his office to take these picture for me! Definately need a plug for Matthew Bannon @ Macnab.

Anyways, ok folks, despite the fact that the window sticker says, not 3 feet away from mats, "front floor mats pony logo", per the picture, they are actually the Pony Package floor mats, that have the word MUSTANG on them (I actually bought these because I liked them, last fall). no pony logo.

Weird.

Added a shot of the mirror, and a close up of the special cloth top material that's an upgrade for regular Mustangs and standard on the GT500, iirc.

Finally, this GT/CS has DARK IUP and Black/Dove, so I got him to take a shot of this as well.

Where did you buy those floormats????????

 

From my dealer (Macnab). Any of them can order them - they are just the ones from the Pony Package V6 Mustangs, and now the GT/CS apparently.

Nice pictures! $45,309 on the sticker! I know its Canadien, but it still shocks you to see it on a Mustang.

Hey not a problem - he reads this forum so he'll see your thanks It was great working with them - they let me PDI my car, pull all the plastic off and stuff. It was totally cool.

Anyways, I agree about the Dark IUP - my first impression of the CS interior was that someone was but the dark dash calms the look of the very-busy interior.

ps - ya, $45K is a lot! but that's a pretty much fully loaded vert, so it's as pricey as it gets.

 

Healy Ford here in Edmonton Alberta (Western Canada)has a Black GT/CS coupe as I posted pics of. So they are showing up across the Great White North.(AKA=Canada). I'll have to do a tour of other dealers to see what shows up.http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?t=49269

 

Curious....has anyone heard of, or ordered, the FRPP with the 20 extra hp for the GT/CS yet?

 

I don't know of anyone buying the CS yet. I would think the power pack is the same as regular GT though.

 

How does the 4.6 V8 with a 5 speed get 21 city/33 highway MPG in Canada ?

Here in the States we get 17 city/25 highway MPG

 

I believe it involves fairy dust and a lotta wishful thinking

 

Our Imperial Gallons are larger than the U.S. Gallon. Just google it.
Imperial gallon is 4.54609 L (exactly). I.e. approximately 1.201 US gallons.



The $64,000 question is does the computer in the car calculate the miles per in Imperial or U.S. Gallons?

 

What a shame to clutter up such a nice looking car with all tacky stuff.
Very nice looking interior though, the color combination looks good in the photos!
