I would be game for a hats/shirts. Jacket on the other hand might not be of use yet for me since I am a northerner living in Florida. Nothing like wearing t-shirts and shorts all year!

 

I have a collection of diecast Mustangs and try to keep up with what comes out. I don't know of any '07 GT/CS diecast yet. Greenlight collectibles did a 1:18 version of the original '68 GT/CS, but there is no '07 unfortunately. I know I would buy a diecast version of on '07 VB Vert

 

Yeah, I would like to see a VB GT\CS too. But a "coupe:. LOL.... any word on when yours will be arriving?

 

I got the Vin# about two weeks ago. Should be here by the end of next month. I'm in no rush beleive or not....I'm still on a house hunt. Although, if I want to take advantage of the current incentives, the car needs to be delivired before April 4th.

 

If you find some get me one, I want one too.

 

Man.....someone must have been listening in on us. This die cast company just released pre-production samples of these:





These will offered by Greenlight Collectibles and they are 1:64 scale. I know many of you may not collect this scale, but I collect mostly 1:64 scale Mustangs....so I'm sure you will all understand why I soiled my shorts when I saw these today.

I know there are a few errors when compared to the real thing, but keep in mind that these are pre-production samples and they are 1:64 scale (Hot Wheels sized). This company has developed a reputation for listening to their customers and I beleive they release these photos for constructive critisizm among other things. I have quite a few 1:64 Greenlight Mustangs and they have great features and realism for the scale....including an opening hood with detailed engine. Hopefully they will come out with more color variations in the near future.

 

I would LOVE to get the VB blue one, but it needs to have the black stripes. The white does look nice though. Makes me wonder if I should change mine. LOL. But seriouly, put a Black strip on it and it would look almost identical to the VB w/GT appearance package.

 

I hope they make a white coupe.

 

I was hoping that somebody would make a GT/CS convertible diecast in white!

They need the two-tone interior and the polished bullitt wheels, though.

I'm hoping that Greenlight will correct these errors by the time the cars hit the market. Like I said, they have a reputation for listening to their customers. They do have Bullitt Style wheels. Check out this Black Shelby:



The black Shelby is considered their "Custom" version, thats why it has different wheels. They also have a "Stock" version with the factory correct wheels:

 

The website http://www.greenlighttoys.com/ shows it as a 2007. Either way, I will get one.

Those diecasts are friggin cool too. Im hoping they come out with the 1:24 scale.

 

I was just saying that since it has white stripes it must be a 2008 as the 2007s have black stripes. It was meant in jest.

That stuff is all very nice, but not one item of apparel has anything that says GT/CS or California Special, its all Mustang and you can get that anyplace.......
