Bra needs adjustments

If you have a GT/CS or a CS front bumper on your car the Colgan bra may not fit without some simple mods.I have the radiator extensions which cover the spot that two of the hold down clips go.As I am only using the bra for trips I just removed the clips and used painters tape to hold the verticle pieces down until the hood is closed. Also the bottom clips will not work on my 08 CS no matter how hard I tried. So I drilled thru the clip and attached a SS lanyard to it then a bungee cord from a handy spot in front of the motor and it is very tight. As talked about on a couple of other posts I added a small bungee to the grill for the two S hooks that would attach to the Shelby grill.I will try to post some pics.

what is this 1985? We have 3M clear tape now.

Besides bras just get dirt underneath which destroys your paint anyway

Yah, and it creates a "tan line" on your car from uneven paint fading.

Bought the bra to wear on highway trips. Takes less than 10 min. to put on.Today drove From Orlando to Tampa and back on I-4 [250 miles round trip] on the way back traffic was a steady 90 mph. I'll take the padded bra for protection over the stick on any day.
