at the time I had on Michelin A/S 2 pilot sport tire's , with our rainy weather on the B.C Canadian west cost they stick well.
I then went to their next gen A/S 3 even better . Now they have A/S3 + new compound for better traction.
The thing I like about this tire on a wet road & I did this as a test, take a 30 kilo curve @ 90 on a wet road & not even slide. I'll even go as far as I'll put my life on the line or have the confidence in these to know it's limits as to why I've tried a lot of things. So I bought 2 more full sets of staggered sets 255 front & 275 rear.& traction to mountain climb is awesome , car ran sweet @ 1,200 feet above sea level

 

I have the exact same Michelins on mine. Outstanding during our western US trip this past Spring in all types of weather conditions, even snow.
