Dale, did you order this car or happen upon it driving by the dealers?

 

Let me ask you this. Did Dale buy the car then come home and become a member? Looking at the time stamps, this would seem to be the case.


If so... TECHNICALLY Dale would not have been a member of TMS when he took delivery of his Grabbah, Grabbah. He was never "a TMS member waiting for his car". He's more like a Grabber Orange GT owner who became a member...

So... Ed Miller and others are 'members in waiting...'

The car was on the Lot that I drive by every morning. I sit at a light & just look at the Ponies. But this morning I saw this & Had to have it. They said it came in on monday & put it on the lot yesterday. I then had to let Veredus know what I had. He then turned me on to this Forum. I do look forward to making lots of new friends.

 

Welcome to the forum! I stopped by my dealer tonight (like where else was I going to go?). He had two '07's received today. A black GT vert with 18" fanblades. A black V6 Pony Package.

With a little luck, my Grabbah will be on the truck tomorrow...

The good news is... I've yet to see pics of a GT with the polished 18" bullitts. If you don't count that one shot from Ford's marketing blurb.

As I was pulling up tonight, a VERY attractive blonde was taking delivery of her '06 Tungsten/Polished Bullitts Coupe. Sweet ride. Soon. Very soon.

 

Dale, what I really like about your car is it does NOT have the appearance package. Nice pluck!

hmm.. I am getting an erl change saturday so i might ask if i could test drive an 07 and get the feel of the newer ones. Hopefully an Orange will be there. I'm bringing my DC, No Doubt.

 

True. Very true. However, I didn't say that he was the first TMS member to get a Grabber; rather, I said he was "the first Grabber Orange TMS member," assuming taking possession of the car implies ownership rather than simply ordering it.

But like you said, it's all good.

Dale, I'm looking forward to seeing this car. Will you use it for work, or is it a pleasure vehicle? I'll be at the Indy office on Thursday and Friday next week, plus I have MCSE classes in Carmel each evening (116th and Meridian).
