Just my opinion, but I would go with one shade darker than you think you'll be comfortable with. In your case, I'd think about going 30%, but that's just me! I know too many people (myself included) who get the tint they think they're gonna like and then end up wishing they could go just a little bit darker. Good luck on the decision though! I have 30% on mine, here's what it looks like:

Thanks! It's 30% all the way around with nothing done to the windshield, if I could go back and do it again, I probably would have gone down to 20% (or 25%, but I'm not sure 25% is very common).

Even though I traded my 2007 Alloy Gray GT in back on July 24, 2010, I found three pictures from when I had it professionally detailed back in May 2010. I hope Alloy makes a comeback in 2015!

A couple of recent photos of my 07 Alloy Grey
I was in Charlotte last week, with the Roush Road Crew. We had the great opportunity to tour through Roush Fenway Racing's shops and then take a few laps around Charlotte Motor Speedway.
1st photo is the fountain outside of Roush Fenway Racing's main headquarters building
2nd photo is pit road at Charlotte Motor Speedway...waiting to go out for a few laps around the track.

It like this thread is the land of the "GT".
I always wanted a black Mustang, but end up getting an Alloy on by chance.
I am actually glad that I did. It looks a lot better. Dark at night and sexy during the day.
I myself got a used '07 Pony Pkg stock V6 and I love it. Looking forward to modding it.
Oh there are small scratches on it. Where is the best place to buy touch up paint? A car dealership?

Oh and as for grey: http://www.lifamilies.com/article/ch...safe-1335.html
So grey cars are as safe as your red one... Statistically speaking.

White, yellow, gray, red, and blue cars were rated as being “middle of the road” when it comes to safety. (at least as far as accidents are concerned)
