No such critter. Almost every major Ford dealer did the certification for Shelby sales (some small dealers sat out). If they sold a Shelby they are supposed to work on them.
As I found out the hard way, some dealers are better than others. Tomball Ford made it very clear I needed to take my Shelby elsewhere....
