When I like to go into "Fantasy Land", I go to www.fordgtforum.com and read about those lucky guys with those awesome GTs. They also have a section in that forum that those rich guys talk about the GT500. Well, this guy says he has heard the final pricing for the GT500. He says:

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>
BTW, you guys may have already heard this, but I got the final numbers from a Ford guy a couple days ago.

Horsepower: 500
Torque: 480 lb-ft
Price: $41,950 for coupe (with delivery and destination)

Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere else.

It would be easy for him to BS this considering he posted this on May 3rd, the GT500 500HP was released on May 2nd.

I'm a little surprised that none of the other posters said anything like, "WOW! how did you get pricing so early." It makes me a bit suspicious.

NONSENSE!!! With the three link suspension the MSRP should be thousands more.

Whatever the end price is (MSRP) just add $30,000 and there ya go. Thats what the dealers are asking for in the Bay Area, including mine.

BTW, we are getting 1 in fall just as everybody else does.
