FLOWMASTER #817410

Sunny day in Pittsburgh today and I finally got the car out for a spin. I just installed the Flowmaster American Thunder Axle-Back exhaust #817410. These are the 409 stainless steel (ss) mufflers w/ the 4" rolled 304 ss tips. I went in this direction based on my trial-and-error, as well as costly, experience with numerous exhaust set-ups on my GT. I am equally satisfied with the ATs on my GT500 as I was on my GT. Absolutely no issues with the rear valance or fitment. If anyone is looking for a louder and throatier exhaust, with minimal drone, then I recommend the SS ATs. Throw some pics of the car up Steel Town. Glad to see your back, I have some relatives in Iron City and visit there a bunch of times a year. I always make sure I hit up Woltz and Wind Ford when I do. They usuually have a bunch of cars for me to look at.

I always liked the way the Flowmasters sound, but I hated that they only lasted a year on my car. It's good to see they finally make them with stainless now.
