I thought the A/Z Plan price included all fees except $75 doc and License/Title but I just got a quote from a dealer today on Z pricing that had these charges

Bank fee $595
License/Title $32.50 - Okay
Doc Prep $129.15 - He said it would be reduced to $75
Accessories $695 - some kind of accident coverage that he said
could be removed (Term Care)
Cap Init Fee $168.21 1st payment???

Are these allowed under an A/Z-Plan lease?

 

Hey bud, I can answer these for you. The only thing that A/X/Z/D Plan limits is the dealer documentation fee. Its capped at $75 for all A/Z sales and $100 for all X/D Plan sales. On a lease (and its different in every state as to how a lease is calculated), the bank fee is the aquisition fee which is part of the lease. Usually that is figured into the lease. The doc prep is the item that should be capped at $75. Accessories sounds like insurance, and the initial Fee sounds like your 1st payment. Everything is on the up and up to me.
