This, dealers screw people over every day, it's what they do...often its me
The 6 PP is plenty good but after a test drive in one it was not good enough for me.

I can't say $$$ is not an option because I'm pretty conservative w/ my finances but would you go for the GT? Another thing is I believe in karma and I don't want to jack with the dealer I'm currently working with, it just seems like a really good deal. Any advice will help!
Plus, it's headed your way, newpony13! New ETA is Jul-01-2012!

The 2010 GT's horsepower rating is 315hp, which is slightly more than the 3.7L V6's number.

The tuned v6's are a coin flip race with the 98-02 ls1 f body cars. They put down close to 300 at the wheels (tuned) giving the ls1 all it can handle in the 1/4 (mid 13s). They will smoke stock 2v& 3v mustangs .

I was merely pointing out the 2010 GT horsepower rating, which was up from the '05-'09 GTs. And yes, with tuning, all kinds of amazing accelerations can happen. The beauty of the aftermarket...

No one has asked, but what other options did you order on the V6 PP? And is the GT completely base, with no other options (Brembo package, tech package, etc)?
