Don't worry jc no dealership trips here for Marilyn ever, unless warranty related.

I think the one car per year thing is what did it. being freaked out for a few years about it being "new" gets old and causes white hair. I think I will pay off my next car(Ive said that before lol).

Mine won't be A to B, and I'll protect it with a clear bra, but it's going to be put on tracks at high speed often. I'm under no illusions that the paint will be pristine 12 months after receiving it. Takes a lot of the concern out of the equation for me. I'm more focused on the guts being taken care of, because that's what the car is really about.

To the OP: hope the damage wasn't frame, engine or suspension. If it wasn't, it's just a matter of replacing body panels. Good luck.

See this..... I posted this 3 days ago. I just got hit in my 6 week old 13 GT....... Not bad luckily but both cars going to need some work on the paint.

ugh.. I was lucky with my 06.. I had a piece of sheet metal get kicked out from the Mustang I was following to a show. It put a nice slash in the front bumper. My insurance covered me for another OEM bumper cover, However I replaced it with a Street Scene G1 Bumper. Sometimes these little mishaps enable us to mod during the work being done. Although always terrible when it happens. For me I feel like crap till its repaired. A a funny note that show I was going to I still placed second even with the bumper damage.. LOL
