My dealer says my build date is 4/26 and I still cant pull up the window sticker... should I be worried about this? Is this a delivery delay they just haven't told me about?

 

My sticker was not up until a couple days before the build. Two things:

- May be delayed by the plant shutdown late last week due to the part shortage from Europe.
- Keep looking . Refresh is your friend - it *will* show up.

 

We have another member with the same issue (and likely others). Their are a lot of cars that were recheduled for 4-26 due to the shutdown due to a parts shortage last week. Check again Monday and Tuesday.

If you know your blend number, mine is 7290. That might help you figure out where you are. They have been averaging a little under 300 cars a day (on a 5 day work week).

 

Im in the same boat you are. Build says 4/28 yet no window sticker.

 

i guess i am further out than you, my salesman sent an email saying the car would be built the week of 5/03
the car was ordered 3/30

my window sticker does not yet generate

 

Their sheet probably wasn't updated and since everyone who was scheduled for 4/19 was rescheduled for 4/26 then maybe you were pushed to the week after 4/26?

 

How would I find my blend #?

 

I found 2 different links to use the VIN to get the window sticker. I also was late getting the sticker, because I couldn't get it using the first link, but when I found the 2nd link, it worked fine. The one that worked was:

my blend number is 7458 im a monday car.

 

i was originally a 4/19 car. changed to 4/26.

If your window sticker doesnt come up tomorrow (which includes the blend number) you should be able to get it from the Dealer or Customer Service 1-800-334-4375.

 

Yeah, me too. Hopefully with a 7290 Blend Number I will get produced if any GT's do.

 

How long does it take to produce a car? My build date on my sticker is 4/22 blend 6711. Does that mean that my cars probably been built by today?

 

Just called the 800#. My ETA to dealer is May 4th! Please God let that be true, lol.

 

It probably is if not a bit conservative. My ETA is 5/6 all the way to DFW. Congrats! We're all like kids in a candy store right now...

I emailed them last week and that's what the reply said.

 

How can you tell the build day from the 'Blend' number? My V-6 is in 'Transit', my 'Blend' number was 1140. Would that be April 11th? Built on a Sunday?

 

It's not the blend number, but the number just to its left that contains the build date in the format 1YYYYMMDD.
