I can't seem to find any concrete information but would a 255/40/19 up front with 275/40/19 in the rear cause issues with abs and or traction control?
I may just stick with a 245/45 up front and just have it alittle stretched

No issues. It's common to have larger wheel/tire selection in back verses the front.

What John said. You'll be fine with that combination. You could run into issues if you have vastly different front/rear size tires, but with the sizes you mentioned the rolling radius difference is minor.

You would run into trouble if you were running different size tires on the same axle.

I just looked at a 2015 50th anniversary and those were the sizes Ford put on that car. What I found odd was that Ford put a 275 on an 8.5 inch wide wheel....
