Pretty much like the subject says, none of the ads for them show as being compatible with '10+ mustangs. I know Ford went to a different style IKT for '11 but would the transmitters be compatible? I don't feel like blowing ~$60 to find out.

Artiway is an excellent seller! I highly recommend! If he says it will work, it will work. He guarantees what he sells and if something is not right he will make it right.

And after three years my flipkey is still working great!

its a key that flips in your hand....

really, the blade of the key is tucked in the fob, you hit a button , it swings out, kinda like a pocket knife.

My brother in law has a base Camaro and this was the type of keys it came with. I guess a lot of GM cars have this as well as other mfr's. just not FORD.

Asked about it at the parts counter at my Ford dealer and not one Ford/L/M come with this style and there is not even one available in the Ford accessory catalog.

The aftermarket ones just don't have that "OEM Ford" look IMO so I'm living without.

The style flip key that I have is the same style used as OE on Mazdas. That same style flip key was also used as OE on Taiwan built Ford Escapes.

dittoo... bought mine from him for my 2011 GT as well... works great

The only negative to it is that the range on the remote doesn't seem to be as far as the factory key.

IMO that euro stuff doesn't belong in American Muscle but, to each is own, I guess.

I know many of you want the Mustang to always remain retro even when it comes to new technologies and trend. No backup camera, GPS, IRS, dual-clutch transmission, SYNC, etc.... However if Ford does that it will be the beginning of the end for the American Icon.

I have the same flip key for my '10 GT but not just for the cool factor. it's the fact that these new keys with the remote on the handle are too **** long and awkward (that's what she said) to lug around in your pocket. The flip key is a nice form factor and quite eloquent.

I'm not that retro I have the GPS, don't need an IRS, I like the clutch pedal, and I have SYNC.

Question: Do your original keys from Ford that came with the car have SA stamped on the key blade near the head?

I stopped using mine, the novelty wore off and it made my keys hit my knee more often which drove me nuts. Waiting eagerly for the '14 Mustang with true keyless entry.
