Wife says...

... I should get a rice rocket to drive back and forth to work so I don't 'wear out' the Mustang. She cracks me up. If I never drive it, then it'll still be perfect in two or years and she won't understand why I need to trade it for a Shelby.

Don't try and understand the mind of a wife. You are playing with fire and it only leads to confusion and suspicion.

I drive a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid on most weekdays and the Mustang on the weekends. You should see me on a Monday morning when I step on the Civic gas pedal and almost slam my head into the steering wheel because I'm compensating for the Mustang's torque thrust.

My wife's DD is an `11 GT, so there's no issues for me driving my Boss whenever I want.

I've got a bike and I still drive the Mustang. Where as last year I would have had the truck parked and riding the bike. Might change next year but I might also sell me bike in the spring. I figure since I'm paying for the car I might as well enjoy it as much as I can.

I've been thinking about getting a DD, but I even enjoy driving my car in city traffic (it's a manual). I don't think I could limit myself to driving it on the weekends.

I sold both my garage queen and my Audi TT for my 2013 as a daily driver.. I plan on keeping this car as a DD for a long time.. Perhaps when some other obligations disappear I will look to get another garage queen.

I have no idea what my wife says. It's like I can see the lips moving but I never hear anything.

Same here, I sold my 03 Cobra and bought the 13 for a DD. First thing the wife said when I pulled in the drive from picking it up from the dealer was, it needs to be lower and louder!

Well I fixed the louder part, GT500 AB with the Boss H-pipe. Lower part is next spring.
