Who's going to the Chicago Auto Show
I am going to be at the Chicago Auto Show on Friday Feb 17th. Thought it might be cool to meet people at the Ford Mustang Display. Anyone going?

I'll be there on the 17th as well with way2qk4u2c. I think a meet up will be cool. A couple guys to distract the Ford folk while one of us steals all the shift ***** and radio buttons lol.

I might be going but I usually will wait until the middle of the week thinking there will be fewer people there.

Buddy Guy is a renowned blues musician and he owns a nightclub/restaurant on Wabash. It's been around for years. A lot of famous musicians have performed there.
Lincoln's actual birthday is Sunday, the 12th and President's Day is the 20th. You're telling me that Chicago schools are closed for both? Dang, I usually plan my auto show visit around trying to avoid the younguns, which is why I try to go on a Monday morning and not on the weekend or at night.

I really need to get out to the city more. I used to be up there every weekend but working Friday and Saturday nights for the last 4 years has killed my weekends.

It's a very fun place to visit once a year or so, but I wouldn't want to live there. It seems like the cost of living is pretty expensive. Plus, they've got a city government that denies that the second amendment even exists.
