i recently thought of the idea that ford should hold a contest for the design of the mustang. They should have 3-5 concepts and we could all vote on which one we thought looked best.
then they could give us a line up/model list like
4.0 210 hp
4.6 315 hp
etc etc

wouldnt that be cool? their always talking about how you can build your own car, well now we can pick what we want it to look like!

 

While that sounds great to folk like us, enthusiasts, the reality will be like this:

We vote for all the coolest baddest mustangs of all time. No one buys them for insurance, cost, economy reasons.

Still.. voting in some respect would be a pretty good idea. "Does this front end look better, or does this one?"

"which interior option matters more to you"

etc

 

THey do that...they are called focus groups
