A couple of us have been mulling this over. 2014 is the 50th birthday of the Mustang and that it will see changes for this year.
Our "wish list" came to include the following;
GT has a supercharger as standard on the Coyote engine.
V6 has Ecoboost standard.
Independant rear suspension
AWD on the GT
Driver selectable engine management ie. able to select sport, road, economy modes etc.
These were just a few. What would you like to see, just curious.

Direct injection will add some nice power to the coyote. I'd like to see a revival of the Mach 1 with maybe a supercharged coyote. Leave naturally aspirated to the GT.

HUD would be sweet!
AWD option would be cool, but not for the Mustang. The Mustang is a RWD pony car, and should stay RWD. I also think it should stay with a solid axle.

I'm pretty sure the Mustang will go IRS on the '15 model, I don't see how Ford can't and still compete. Everything else has it now.
Personally its a loss for me, solid rear axle is one of the things I love most about the Mustang, but that's the muscle car guy in me

I would like to see
1) It not become or in try and compete with those German cars other then on the track (no need for any engine management crap)
2)Keep it an affordable sports car (been going away from that to an extent) like is was made to be and how it should be.
3) Ecoboost as an option
4) SVT makes a triumphant return
