Washing my Coyote...
Washing my Coyote?
I know this is in wrong section! Please let me get sone replies before you move it to Car Care. I will forget to look there.
I pulled my car around to just rinse off motor with the hose. It's just dusty, so that should be all it needs. I covered the CAI, fuses, & battery like manual says. On my 95, I kept it running. Do I start this one up? Looked in manual, I didn't see that part. Thanks!!

It had about 8.5 mths of dust on it. I just fired her up & left running. I think it was too dusty for just rags?

When I was Meguiar'ing it, thought didn't change much. I guess it did, though.

That looks better but you missed a spot. I show my car so the engine is kept pretty clean. I only washed it once so far and it is not a trailer queen. But your engine did need a wash. Too much dust to wipe off. Nice job.
I missed quite a few spots! That's why it takes me up to 3 days to wash my car. I need you to remember/know, I'm disabled. I look healthy as anyone. I'm not though. This is not fun to do. That's why I put it off. Thanks though!
In my former life, before hurt, I loved cleaning my cars!! I never drove a car worthy of keeping clean. I never washed a motor til I got my 95. I'm trying. & I can't afford to just have someone do this, since buying this car. It takes all I have to pay for it. Worth it, though!! Thanks again.

Good stuff that doesn't get greasy like Armor-All, and holds up well to heat and UV rays. I use it on the engine bay and on the black plastic trim on the bottom of the car.
