I am seriously considering a VMP, TVS supercharger and need your experience with these. Any help would be great.

 

We run one of their kits and have sold a couple as well. For the money they're truly hard to beat and the power potential for the 2.3 VMP is pretty crazy. The stage 2 and 3 come with the AFCO/ VMP heat exchanger which is fantastic at cooling.

Tons of people running the VMP kit with great success. There may not be a lot of people on this forum with a VMP kit, but they are out there.

Very true, we have been running one on a 2007 Shelby and 2012 GT, we're getting ready to throw one on our 13 boss soon!

Roush chargers and vmp is prolly one of the best setups out there. I looked into them extensively when I was looking last year. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. I decided against them purely due to install, price, and proximity of vmp.

Is that who you have who tuned your Shelby, Sean? I asked if vmp tuned magnusons, and that was a negative. So, I hesitantly crossed them off would have loved to.

 

You can bet that you can get a great tune from VMP with the VMP supercharger.

 

Yes, Justin Starkey is the owner of VMP tuning.

He did a custom dyno tune on my GT500. Spot on. 650+ rwhp and 23mpg when cruising on the interstate.

Bob Kurgan tuned my 04 Cobra. He is the tuning god for the terminators.

 

Yes starkey is the man with roush SC's. So did you do a mail order tune or did you drive down there???

 

VMP installed my supercharger, CJ Throttle body, JLT 123 and did a custom tune on their mobile dyno last spring when I attended Shelbyfest.
