I wouldn't be putting to much hope into cars arriving by their ETA people. It would take an act of God for Ford to get me mine by it's ETA. I would guess at this point that my ETA is about 2 weeks premature. Could be more.

 

Still no window sticker for me. Almost 2 weeks since I got a VIN. Anyone know if the window stickers can show up on pretty much any day of the week? Was thinking I would drop down to just checking for it once or twice a week from here on out.

 

Are you entering the VIN# correctly? Not trying to be smart, but I was entering one digit as the letter "O" and not the number "0". Once I changed that, I was fine.

 

I've seen no particulars on date that it can show up on. I believe someone here got his sticker on Tuesday with a scheduled build day of... Thursday I think? Anyway, still no sticker here myself, nor am I aware of a build date, and my ETA is two weeks from yesterday, so yeah, I'm with you. The ETA is wishful thinking and will probably not get her until closer to mid June.

judging by what i heard about the yards 4200+ cars awaiting shipping.. i serioulsy doubt ill get it by the end of the month.

 

If it is any consolation, my VIN is within 200 of yours and I don't have a sticker yet. My build week / ETA week are the same as yours. We all just need to be patient.

Have you seen the actual status print-outs, or are you going off of what customer service or you dealer told you? On the status sheet my dealer sent, all cars that had etas also had build dates.

 

Oh cool . . . I'm 121488.

Maybe one day we can compare actual cars instead of VINs . . .

 

Ordered mine 1/19, got VIN 5/3, anticipated build was 5/6. Last week I called and was told ETA to dealer was 5/27, called again this week for update, was told ETA is 5/20. Who knows? But it appears, on paper at least, that it's coming soon.

I know someone (Shaun?) said they don't build them sequentially but I can't help but think there's a correlation. The "unstickered" VINs being posted are in the 121xxx range. The cars on the dealer lots seem to be in the 10xxxx range. Mine is 116xxx and is on the way.

Anyone have a VIN OVER 116xxx in their possession yet?

 

Mine is 123858 and Ford CS says build date is 24 May. My dealer called and he says build date shows 17 May. Am I confused???

 

You need another digit. If your VIN is 113858 (last 6), it's probably a STOCK order and has been put behind the RETAIL orders because the 113xxx's should already be well into production. At least per my analysis. (See my separate thread reagarding build and delivery VIN sequences.)

 

my sticker was up.. as of 5.14.10 build date is wed the 19th./.

also.. make sure you use all Capital letters in the vin..
lower case doesnt work..

 

The sticker showed up online today! I can't believe I'm so excited over a stupid download!

It even has my name on it! Except they spelled it wrong -- it's "Mikey," not "Mykey" . . .
