V6 Pic

Okay. I can't stand it anymore. Someone tell me what this is a picture of. It's one of the pictures that was released for the 2011 Mustang V6 a while back.

Ok I'm never going to trust squat from the carconnection. First of all they have the '11 V6 rated an 8.4 out of 10 and no one's even driven the car yet!

Secondly they say this

Which is wrong on many levels. The mustang offers 2 V8s, not one, and both are more powerful than challenger's base V8. That's just incompetence

If I was going to guess I would say they are cam position sensors. It's hard to tell without seeing them in a full picture of the engine.

edit:

I am going with cam position sensors.

They are the electrical connectors for the cam phasers. It is part of the tivc system that is used on both the V6 and V8.
