I just looked at one of the members here new Performance White V6 with the Performance Package, however it seems he has different black 19" wheels then the Web configuration at Ford.com. Could it be because of his location? Love to have the RIMS Performance white car has!! Now I am confused what my car will have??

 

12 vs 13

 

You have the rims that were part of the 12 Mustang PP. The rims on the GHIG Mustang are from the 2013. I was looking at the exact same car you bought in Tampa but endedwho ordering a 2013 PP. I liked your rims better but the wife doesn't like em so went with a 13 Package. You have one sick lookin vehicle. Congrats!

 

Yeah, I found out from the Performance White owner they were the 12's (not my car), Thanks I to am getting the GTHIG 2013.. That's why I was wondering.

Although mine came from Clermont Ford, the dealership almost traded for the one at Bill Currie that I think you're talking about but they ended up going with the Clermont PP instead. Somebody else must have picked up the one at Bill Currie.

 

All the sixxers for 11-12 PP come with the gt/cs rims. The 13's seem to be following the same pattern

 

Not GT/CS rims, similar casting but they don't have GT cast into them and have black paint.

 

Well other than the gt bit. Arent the gt/cs rims black as well? Or more of a dark gray?

They switched the colors for 13 though - V6PP has gray, GT/CS has black.

 

I was told and read its the other way around V6 PP has black and the CS has grey. The Ford Configurator on the Ford website has them as "Painted Black"

 

Well I have 13 cs and the wheels are definitely black.

 

Can you post a pic? And anyone with a new 2013 PP have any picts?

 

The Ford B&P site is never right. A lot of bugs/wrong info...

 

Although mine hasn't arrived I can say I've been on several lots and can attest the v6 PP rims are gray--wish they were black though. It'll still look sweet with the DIB.

Look in the parts for sale section. I have my cs wheels for sale. I can't link it from my iPhone or I would just do that.

 

Just look at the pic you posted of the GHIG car. They're clearly gray. Don't look bad, but I like the 11-12 wheels better too.

 

I was hoping that was the new customizer doing that.. LOL
