UPDATE ON DAMAGED WHEELS
Going to trade this piece of junk not just the wheels but seat adjust, engine light, dirt in paint, rattles in on a better and faster car. a NEW C7 Corvette when they come out in October, already placed my order. I have never seen or read so many problems with one car ( Mustangs ) in all my life.

You sound like a Ford rep. pic # 3 does not need to be zoomed in look at the outter part of wheel not the middle. If you can not see those scratches something is wrong with you or your computer. It's funny if you zoom in you " can " see them clearly, they are not blurry.
If you're talking about those white looking scratches...yes, it looks like road rash or that they rubbed against something to me, which is why they are curved and not straight and there is more towards the actual lip of the wheel. This is further more logical since both damaged wheels are on the same side of the vehicle.
Sorry if the "zoomed in" pic I post is blurry, but I did what you told me.
Two of us simply say we can't tell from the pics you provided and you spout back with an immature response.
What's amazing is that you took delivery of the vehicle with those god awful scratches on two wheels!!! Did you not inspect it at delivery?
You say theres something wrong with me? Roflmao!!!!

1) They are NOT impossible. There is plenty of ways that curbs can be hit, and they're damaged, so some portion of them sticks out, and causes just such a mark.
2) Agreed. Not every little thing sticks out. But I'm pretty sure I'd have caught these.
3) The pics are too small. Learn 2 zoom.
4) It is possible. This is the contention part.
5) Decently zoomed is important. But even a couple of zoomed out, then closer in, for reference purposes, is a good idea. Picture size is important. The pictures, especially the circular marks, are inconclusive at best, and look like aberrations of the picture taking process, NOT a product of the wheel being damaged.
Size should be no less than 800 or more pixels across and down, if not more. a 4MP picture is a fantastically detailed pic, 8MP is even better. AND you can zoom with that and see the detail you need.
There ya go. Go get it done, man.

I zoomed in and was able to determine the authenticity of the damage.
Some may have trouble deciphering the image as authentic machine damage and insist that it is curb damage. For them I would suggest examining an easier photo like the one we see here.
