1. I depress the gas pedal, and there is this feeling coming from the car. It starts with a low growl, and works it's way up. It causes the hairs on the back of my neck to actually stand up.

2. If I depress the gas pedal further, the car actually PUSHES me into the back of my seat. Have any of you experienced this?! If I continue to depress the pedal, the mirrors appear to change, as images of other cars seem to shrink in size.

3. If I take corners too quickly, the lateral acceleration is so severe, it actually causes the sides of my mouth to stretch, and then curl upwards. This physiological symptom occurs repeatedly and is not easily controllable.

4. It causes the mouths of passengers to also curl upwards. This can sometimes occur before they even get into the car - usually when they first spot the Pony Projection lights.

These issues are not intermittent, and can be easily replicated if anyone wants proof.

Is there a TSB for these issues, or are they standard in every Mustang?

Have any of you experienced similar issues?

If you can believe it, I suspect these issues may be at the engineering and/or design level!! If that's the case, then I don't think any of the behaviour I'm witnessing will go away any time soon.
You know I'm more than happy to take these concerns into my own hands, Mrsuitcase. You can drop it off with me and I'll take care of all of that for you.

I wouldn't recommend changing the air in the tires until you take it to the dealer. They may void your warranty for putting after market air in the tires.

Yep, noticed all those issues myself, and I am not even a "new" owner.

This is also contagious.. One of my co-workers just bought a Camaro ZL1 and turned it back in after just a few days of ownership. He is now purchasing a new Mustang instead.. He also ordered a ton of new parts for it already..

What were his reasons for getting rid of the Camaro?

Heavy PIG...

Launched good but felt like it fizzled out after..

He had a hard time with the huge rear view mirror and the small windshield. especially at night. When he went for the original test drive it was in a SS.. He stated it was not as bad as in the ZL1.

So over all visibility and a heavy pig..

Isnt there a disclaimer in the brochure for these potential symptoms?

How can he "turn it back in"? Wish we could do that with all our cars... Lol

NY State law.. you have 10 days from purchase to return. He ended up paying a $500.00 restocking fee and there was a charge per mile charge as well.

Yep,
I just took a road trip down to American Muscle and picked up the FR adjustable suspension. That'll be my winter upgrade while it's in hibernation. I'm still atleast $6K under the price of a Boss - Gee what can I buy for about $6K - begins with S ends with R.
