UAW sticker

How many people have removed this? I've been thinking about it, just wondering how many have done it

I'm assuming the dealer took mine off, since I never saw one.

Also, mine was in the driver quarter window, was yours in the rear window?

I could not be driving with this sticker in my eyesight period so i took mine off and kept the N-Y State inspection one which is located in the lower driver side of the windshield.

My car has factory 1/4 louvres so they put it on the top passenger side windshield
My brother has a white car without the Lou era and his is on the drivers 1/4 window

The ink came off mine the first time I washed the windshield. I think the car is made better than the sticker though.

We can only hope it's made better than the sticker.

I wonder if the sticker was union made? Would be ironic if it wasn't. A little.

Mine is pretty faded but still on the car. I wanted to start a topic on this but feared a political debate. I think I'm going to take mine off on the next wash

Mine came off shortly after I got the car. I knew it had to go because it was getting tinted at some point.

Mine is still on my 2011... It's a shame that the word "union' has become dirty word for some, yes there are corrupt unions and leaders but not all...

It will be very, very interesting to see how the UAW negotiates with Ford when they own large pieces of GM and Chrysler. It seems they are already coming to terms easily with GM and Chrysler and are showing no common ground with Ford. I'm also sure the NLRB would stick their nose in any attempt by Ford to show strength in their negotiations. It's gonna be a mess and didn't have to be.

Took mine off right after I bought the car. I have nothing against the union, just didn't like the sticker in the middle of the window.

As someone who’s born and raised in Detroit Michigan I see that sticker as a missed opportunity by Ford or maybe the UAW. Taurus stickers say or used to say “Built with Pride in Kansas City”. Other Ford‘s say different cities, I‘ve seen Atlanta, Lansing and so on. Anyway, with the revitalization of Detroit & the auto industry I would have kept my sticker and moved it somewhere else if it said something like… Made In Metro-Detroit With Pride. I am proud of that but I took mine off when I tinted my windows.

Well actually i didn't need to keep it, it's just that i bought my car in Rochester N-Y and it came with the car, but once the car crossed the border and got it's dual citizenship , it was not mandatory to have it . But i left it there cuz i think it looks cool and it has people looking at it all the time .
