Turning off Traction Control during dyno run?

I have a dyno appointment tomorrow, and I wanted to make sure that THIS time around, everything will be perfect. Last time I did the dyno run, I didn't touch the TC button at all. Halfway through the run, the Advancetrac light came on, and stayed on. We had to reset it via a handheld. For those of you that dyno'd the car before, did you guys also see the advancetrac light issue? What can I do to avoid this? Should I disable Advancetrac before the dyno run? If so, what's the best way to do it...hold button down for 7 secs? I heard it doesn't completely shut it off. Can I shut it off via the SCT? What did you all do? Thanks.

Holding the button down should disable it entirely.

Perhaps it's coming on because the front wheels aren't moving.

Are you planning on holding the button down long enough to also shut off advancetrac.

yes sir. That's actually my plan from the get go. The "error" I was getting was something like "Service AdvanceTrac" or something like that.

So yes, I plan on holding it down for I think 7 or 8 seconds. Was that what you meant? Any other suggestions? What did you do for your dyno? Any other error come up?

its not even worth discussing since the car was in sure poor shape lol.

So many factors went into the car not performing 100%.

That's fair. I'd assume you'd want to get another dyno run. Like mine, you too had a first dyno experience that wasn't ideal. That's why I hope mine tomorrow, will be more "accurate". We'll see.
