Told me it was loaded onto a truck today. No sign of movement yet, but hopefully it gets on it's way to PA soon.

 

Debating on asking myself. I'll at least wait a few days for Ford to really maybe ship it. Mine should have just made final assembly yesterday, so I doubt it's gone far yet (though I am curious to know if it's actually an existing vehicle yet, like... physical as opposed to options and a VIN on a sheet of paper or in a database).

Ramp 51 is really Area 51. The 2011 were abducted by aliens due to the amazing technological advancements in the Coyote motor; our neighbors from outer space have now deemed Earth a threat. When all the early cars were abducted, Alan made a deal with the aliens that we wouldn't use our Coyote motor to take over their world, but the aliens said they would only give the cars back in batches of 3. So, once returned to Ramp (Area) 51, every car is debriefed and checked over by the Govt., then given the okay to ship. Then Ford dispatches a 2011 Super Duty with a 5th wheel trailer to retrieve the cars (3 at a time) from Area 51, to bring them back to Flat Rock, where they are given another once over. Then. They are shipped to your dealer.

I wasn't supposed to say anything, but I should be okay because I'm laying awake in bed at 4:48am with a tin foul hat on, and I have a little mini tin foil hat on my iPhone. Does it all make sense now?!?!?

 

I got the RAMP 51 message from him too, and the date was 4/25... He's looking at the same system customer service is... or was... He's just giving a printed version of it. Mine was the exact same thing CRC told me the last few times I called and the most up to date that Jeff had as well...

 

 

I wonder if anybody is going to get license plates that say "RAMP 51"?

 

HA HA HA HA HA... I'm sure the AAI folks would find that hilarious.

 

Already thought about doing that numerous times and my car isn't even close to being built yet haha...I'm not looking forward to that part of the journey

Maybe they should build a ramp 52 to clear some of those cars stock on ramp 51.

 

If you look at Google maps street view in the southern lot you'll see a big "52" on the sign. . .

 

I just hope i don't have to deal with that famous ramp 51 when i get to that point.
