For the rear gt500 diffuser, you can buy it directly off of ford accessories website for $127.95 i think? (it doesn't seem to be working tho? hmm) There is also a thread on it. here.
You can even check out the Roush rear valence too at American Muscle.
Fog Light covers: you can check out American muscle's or another site of the like to shop around for best price.
Tail light tints:
You'll either paint them, or use a film, or cap... for vinyl films you can try stangmods.com who had a nice overlay. I had mine painted in this exact fashion. It looks sharp with the reverse light left undone.
Also being that you're tinting the lights- they do have the:
tinted turn signal
Tinted 3rd brake light
Tinted rear quarter panel light
(You can also use "stangmods" for a coupon code.)
Otherwise, you can try these full on covers. over at American muscle.
So, just a few ideas!
Let us know what you do!

WOW!!! What a write up! What do I owe you
Ha, It's all good! I was in the same spot a few months earlier scoping all these things out! (and still continue to...)
Here's the rear on mine if you choose to go thatapproach
It's painted, to allow a glosser finish as opposed to flat finish as what a film would do. The tint level is a light to medium. I chose to just "tone down the red" as opposed to black out. It flows and looks a lot better with the car, to me at least. Plus I have 30% tints all around, and now (not pictured) a tinted license plate shield, which you can pick up at any Autoparts Autozone, or something of the like for about $5-8. Keeps the darkened theme flowing.
