I hope they're just plug and play-

From the latest Motor Trend..............

But the coolest styling revision is the taillamps. "I almost got fired over those taillamps," says chief engineer Dave Pericak, noting that with 12 LED circuit boards, they're way spendier than a few two-element bulbs. For each of the six lamp elements, one board controls the outer taillamp set of diffused LEDs, and another controls the inner section for the braking or sequential turn signal functions. Oh, and the center board in the middle segments also lights the white reverse-lamps. Set in a gloss-black panel on all models, they look quite sinister -- like vacant eye sockets.

Originally the thought was you'd need a jumper harness to make them work, but members here have confirmed they work without any wiring changes.

I don't think anyone was spouting off information, just going off of what they know.

I agree ... and once I have a set in my hands .. then I'll worry about what to do with the rear bumper cover.

I'm trying to put together part numbers for the bumper, lights, and anything else you may need to complete the swap. Anything I find will be posted in the retrofit thread.

I finally got to see a set in person the other day. If I had a 10+ this is absolutely the first visual mod I would do

I didn't see any actual part numbers that I could take to the counter or search and order parts from. There's a lot of info there, I'll keep an eye on it.

I can imagine that some 3rd party will eventually make clones of these. If they fill that gap (on the 10-12)and undercut Ford's cost, I'm sure some people will buy them.
