So far, I'm not impressed ( with any of it). It's been more of a hassle and aggravation............so far

People don't like your phone(tunnel voice) and background noise on blue tooth.
Directions -can't seem to locate my car.
Can't recognize my voice or understand me half the time. I usually end up cussing her out

 

Sorry to see you are having so many problems. I used the system while driving on the autobahn for 2 years and never had a complaint about phone audio quality. Try the commands "PLAY ALL" and "SHUFFLE ON".....this worked for me. For example "PLAY ARTIST SIMPLY RED" played all SIMPLY RED tracks, "PLAY TRACK HOLDING BACK THE YEARS" plays that particulat track then ramdomly shuffled through the music on my Zune.
