I will wait to see it painted, but I am not sure I like it. It seems too much like a slightly toned down '90s Eclipse front end.

 

Just for fun, I did a quick chop to see what it might look like:




Actually, it has more potential than I originally thought.

I do think it will be very similar to the Saleen front though, with just a few changes (lower outer openings on the Saleen will be smaller, smoother lower edge, cutline by the headlights, etc. Same basic shapes though -- at least from what I can tell from the Saleen teaser.)

I like it! It kinda reminds of me a mix between the S197 street scene and GT/CS bumper.. or am I the only one that sees that?

 

I'm not sure. It kinda reminds me of Death Race.

 

Between the un-painted piece and the chop..it resembles the one on the Steeda concept car that was posted a couple weeks ago.

Nice work with the chop rampant, but I don't like the look.

 

Only because of the black recessed center...otherwise, it looks nothing like it. Not subtle enough!

 

^agreed....the more i see this bumper, the less I like it. . . I think curvy bumpers, like the pony package, better fit this style
