Installed GT500 splash guards last night and attached a photo. I like it alot, it does it's job, it's quick to install, and you wouldn't notice it unless someone pointed out to you (subtle). Had a low profile tool (craftsman = $9) so the install was easy; Didn't have to remove rear tires. From LRS ($59 total)

 

It's a lot cheaper than that from your parts department

But I agree, it does its job well, and I think think it actually looks pretty good

 

could you provide a part # or link to the splash guards please.

 

LRS 2010-12 Mustang GT500 Rear Mud Flaps: #LRS-16550C Right side, #LRS-16550D Left side; $29 each. JimmyM says it's cheaper from the dealer parts dept, I'd try that first.

 

I'm ordering these, I think it really completes the gt500 conversion in the back

 

I called ford about the mud flaps and they said a different part number, they gave me AR3Z16A550AA and AR3Z16A550AB ford the flaps, is this right? Also they said 32.99 each

 

Just tell them u want the splash shields for the 2011 gt 500. Not from acc. Cat.

It's an actual ford part off of a car not a part from accessory catalog. If you go in and say I want splash shields for s mustang gt the only ones available are in acc. Catalog since they don't come on gt's stock.
